CONRAD RESTAURANT - LIGHT AND REFINED VITAL CUISINE

 

The restaurant is named after Conrad Daniel von Blücher-Altona, a scion of the many-branched Mecklenburg noble family of Blücher, who built Teschow Castle in the 1840s.
The traditional cuisine of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania uses regional ingredients, which are available in profusion.
These include fish from the neighbouring lakes, as well as game from the extensive forests.
Potatoes, often called “Tüften” here, are likewise an indispensible component of the regional cuisine.

  

The “Conrad” refines this intrinsically down-to-earth cuisine in contemporary fashion with culinary finesse.  

We make a particular point of using prime ingredients from the region: fresh fish from local waters, meat from appropriately kept animals, predominately in certified bio-quality, and herbs from the castle’s own herb garden.



As a golf and wellness hotel, we put special emphasis on light and delicious vital cuisine. For this reason, and as a small reminder of our former “Sukothai” restaurant, we also offer you an Asian menu, freshly and authentically prepared for you by our two Thai chefs.
